Coming in October at Coach House Theatre, in Akron: Ohio Shakespeare Festival's production of:
Barrymore's Ghost, by Jason Miller
Matinee idol John Barrymore was as well known for his flamboyant and dissolute lifestyle as for his handsome profile and striking theatrical talent. In this one-man tour de force starring Richard Figge, Barrymore's ghost leads a purgatorial existence haunting empty theaters, in retribution for having squandered his gifts. Three performances only, opening on Halloween, 2008.
